Growing Notes

Start indoors 16–20 weeks before first fall frost. Transplant 12–14 weeks before first frost. Remove lower leaves as sprouts develop. Harvest from the bottom up when sprouts are 2–3 cm diameter and firm. Topping the plant 4 weeks before harvest speeds maturation.
